Project name: Nanjiang Nepheline Crushing and Grinding Project

Project Introduction:

This project mainly feeds the raw materials ≤500mm into the crusher through the feeder, and after crushing and screening, it is mixed with other raw materials and mixed with water into the rod mill for coarse grinding. After drying and other processes, it enters the ceramic ball mill for fine grinding, and is discharged out of the mill after reaching the required particle size.

After learning the needs of users, the salesmen and technicians of Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. actively contacted the users. After everyone's unremitting efforts, the users were very satisfied and signed the project contract in December 2021.

After the equipment was sent to the site, our staff rushed to the site and actively followed up. In May 2023, the installation, commissioning and commissioning were successfully completed and put into production. The on-site equipment is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, meeting customer needs, and the layout is reasonable. Since the operation of the equipment, the failure rate is low and has been well received by customers.

2.2 The transmission is stable, the product consistency is good, and the product loss is low.

3. Equipment specifications: φ2.4×8m ceramic ball mill and φ2.2×7m ceramic ball mill, 1 set each

3.1 Used for fine grinding of nepheline.

3.2 High working efficiency, low operating cost and stable mechanical performance.

3.3 The part in contact with the material adopts a ceramic lining plate, which reduces the iron pollution of the material and ensures the good performance of the product.
