1. Material characteristics and experimental purpose

1.1 The material is the fly ash produced by the combustion of pulverized coal and other fuels in the boiler, the color is yellowish and dark, and it is a gravel-like powder;

1.2 The purpose of the experiment: mix and stir the material and fly ash in proportion, and granulate it with a φ600 pan-type granulator to verify the pelletizing effect of the material. The particle size of the green body is required to be 5mm, and to find out the best moisture content for pelletizing the material, and add water to pelletize. The range value and the strength change of the ball after drying can provide a reliable basis for the customer's later process development and equipment selection.

3. Test results

3.1 After the fly ash material is mixed with municipal sludge, it is easy to form into balls, reaching the customer's expected particle size of 5mm. After being out of the pot, the strength of the wet balls is low, but after drying and dehydration, the balls have high strength and are not easy to crush.
