Project Introduction

ME A3 Cement is a manufacturer of original cement in middle east origin. The customer finds one screw conveyor, to convey the wet mixer of limestone and slag, and desires the screwing speed as low as possible.

Project Description

After discussing with the customer and final confirm, the conveying material of the client is mixer with limestone and slag, the density is 1.4g/cm3 , and containing 15% water, over than 90μm account for 15%. The client desires screwing speed as lower as possible, better to reach 3r/min, but the desired capacity is 5ton per hour, so very hard to reach the requirement. After discussing with our technical engineer, we select the LS500*8m according to the customer's request, the dia.of screw blade is 500 mm, length is 8m, Q235B, and screwing speed is 3.7r/min, drive by two sides ,to satisfy the client’s capacity. meantime provide screw conveyor drawings for customer reference. The customer revises and finally reaches an agreement on our drawings.
