1. Equipment introduction
The hammer crusher project of a chemical company in Hebi is mainly equipped with PC800×600 hammer crusher with a production capacity of 20-50t/h. The product has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, large crushing ratio, small over-grinding, uniform product particle size and high production capacity; it is suitable for crushing various materials with brittleness, medium hardness and compressive strength of 150MPa.
2. Working principle
Hammer crushers mainly rely on impact energy to complete the operation of crushing materials. When the hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed, and the material enters the crusher cavity evenly. The high-speed rotating hammer head rushes to the baffle plate and the sieve bar in the frame, and the material larger than the size of the sieve hole stays on the sieve plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer until it is crushed to the required discharge size and discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.
