Project Introduction:
This is a project of Qingdao Shouyi Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 200,000 cubic meters of finished ceramsite, including the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of ceramsite rotary kiln and cooler equipment. The main raw materials of the project are mainly waste soil, sludge and industrial waste residue, which are aged, and then granulated and calcined to form ceramsite.

Working Principle of the Equipment
The raw materials are crushed, stirred, extruded and screened to form ceramsite. The ceramsite first enters the drying kiln for drying. Being heated gradually, the water is gradually evaporated. When the ceramsite enters the calcining kiln, the temperature of the ceramsite is rapidly heated to react, and it is calcined into ceramic particles. The calcined ceramsite flows out from the kiln head of the rotary kiln, and is then cooled by the cooler. The hot ceramsite of the cooler enters the cooler through the feeding device, and slowly rotates under the inclined state of the cylinder, and the material changes from high end to low end. During the movement, the material is continuously thrown and lifted in the circumferential direction through the internal heat exchange device and the lifting plate device of the cylinder during the movement, so that the high temperature material and the air can be fully exchanged with the air until it is cooled to the specified temperature. After cooling, the material is discharged from the discharge device and enters the next stage of the screening process. The ceramsite after screening is collected according to different sizes and specifications.
