Shanghai Boshigao Environmental Protection Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the field of hazardous waste treatment and resource utilization. It is a partner of Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. This project uses a rotary kiln to incinerate chemical comprehensive hazardous waste, and thoroughly decomposes the dioxins in the flue gas at a high temperature above 1100 ℃ in the second combustion chamber of the kiln tail to realize the harmless disposal of solid (hazardous) waste.
The two parties signed a supply contract in July 2019 with a daily processing capacity of 30t. The design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the rotary kiln and second combustion chamber equipment were all completed by Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd.
The rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber supporting equipment used in this project are used for comprehensive chemical hazardous waste treatment. The plan is unique and the effect is good. It has the following characteristics:
1) This incineration technology not only meets all environmental requirements for the harmless treatment of hazardous waste (medical waste), but is also the recommended technology for solving hazardous waste in my country.
2) Wide application range, strong material adaptability, large processing capacity, and strong resistance to fluctuations in moisture content. The furnace has a large heat load and complete incineration of materials, which is sufficient for complete incineration of a large amount of hazardous waste. Even if the heating value and moisture content of the materials fluctuate, they can be completely incinerated.
3) The temperature of the flue gas at the outlet of the rotary kiln is 800~850℃, which can decompose the harmful components in the comprehensive hazardous waste. After the flue gas enters the second combustion chamber, it is heated and burned again. It stays in the high temperature zone greater than 1100℃ for more than 2 seconds, completely Removal of dioxins in the flue gas.
