Project Overview:
High-temperature sintered alumina, called artificial corundum or artificial gemstone, can be used to make mechanical bearings or diamonds in clocks and watches, and also used as high-temperature refractory materials to make refractory bricks, crucibles, porcelain, artificial gemstones, etc. Zhengzhou Yufa mainly includes white corundum, dense corundum, magnesia-aluminum spinel, mullite, α-Al2O3 and other series products, which can process various specifications of abrasive F sand and P sand, F240-F1600 micropowder, and refractory Segment sand, fine powder, ceramic sand, etc. In May 2017, the customer communicated to purchase a ball mill for alumina grinding. After fully satisfying the requirements of the other party's grinding materials, plant area, product capacity, and fineness, with years of experience in project and equipment manufacturing, Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. made equipment selection, layout and process design. They ordered one set of Φ1.5x3.5m ball mill. On May 25, 2017, the two parties signed a purchase contract. After half a month of production and commissioning, the technical requirements of the equipment have reached the standard, and the operation is stable and reliable. In July 2017, it was accepted and put into production.
This time, one ball mill is supplied for alumina grinding preparation. The fineness of sand powder is relatively high. This project mainly adopts the following solutions to meet customer needs:
1. According to the customer's material grindability data and production capacity product requirements, formulate the process flow and equipment selection for the customer, and reasonably plan the equipment layout in combination with the on-site workshop area.
2. According to the customer's product fineness requirements, give full play to the grinding ability of the equipment, the lining plate is made of high-quality wear-resistant materials, with high strength, wear resistance, long service life, and meets the grinding requirements.
3. The loading capacity of the grinding body in the ball mill is appropriately increased, and steel balls with smaller particle size than normal grinding are selected to strengthen the grinding requirements.
4. Arrange technical engineers to command the installation on site, provide technical guidance and services, and increase the reliability of equipment in the later stage of operation.
