    Zhengzhou Asia Pacific Zhijin Refractories Co., Ltd. is a professional refractory enterprise integrating scientific research, development, production, promotion and service. On January 27, 2011, our company signed a contract with Zhengzhou Asia Pacific for the 100,000 t/a ceramsite sand project. Zhengzhou Asia Pacific purchased two rotary kilns, two cooling machines, and two pelletizers from our company to ensure the normal production of the entire ceramsite project.

     

    In this cooperation, the customer visited a number of manufacturers for comparison, and highly recognized our company's comprehensive processing capabilities and advanced and mature technical strength, so they chose our company as a partner manufacturer.


    Project Solution

    A ceramsite sand production line with a production scale of 100,000t/d is expected to be put into operation in 2011.

    1. Rotary kiln system

    After drying, the raw meal pellets are discharged from the intermediate bin, and are lifted to the end of the kiln through a hoist. The vibrating screen divides the raw meal pellets into two types: qualified and unqualified. Qualified raw meal pellets enter the rotary kiln for calcination, and unqualified raw meal pellets return to the grinding system.

    In the rotary kiln, the raw material particles gradually move toward the kiln head with the rotation of the rotary kiln, and are calcined into petroleum proppant ceramsite sand at the temperature of 1300~1350 in the firing zone. The ceramsite sand enters the single cylinder cooler for cooling, and the secondary air from the cooler enters the rotary kiln.

     

    2. Granulation system

    The granulation adopts a new type granulator developed by Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Company. The granulator has the characteristics of fast ball forming speed, high efficiency, good roundness and clean production.
