    Project description: Fugu County Yide Magnesium Alloy Co., Ltd. is located in the Guojiawan Industrial Concentration Zone of Fugu County, where coal resources are rich. The use of circular economy development model has reached an annual output of 15,000 tons of magnesium metal. In February 2013, your company purchased a 12.5t/h rotary kiln and auxiliary equipment for calcination of dolomite from Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., a large inclination belt conveyor, vertical cooler, combustion system, refractory materials, electrical and instrument automatic control, etc.

    Project Solution

    Storage and transportation screening system

    Qualified dolomite with a particle size of 10-50mm is transported to the factory and stacked in the stockyard for storage. The reserves are all considered based on the amount required for production in one month.

     

    The dolomite from the storage yard is transported to the dolomite silo by the loader, and is evenly fed to the belt conveyor by the vibrating feeder. After being screened by the screening building, the qualified materials are sent to the preheater silo by the large inclination belt conveyor. The chute is sent to the waste plant by a belt conveyor and is regularly transported away by trolley.

     

    Calcining system

    Use energy-saving and environmentally friendly rotary kiln with vertical preheater and vertical cooler. The qualified dolomite from the high-incline conveyor enters the top silo of the vertical preheater of the rotary kiln, and enters the preheater through the material pipe to exchange heat with the high-temperature flue gas flowing in from the rotary kiln, and preheat the material to over 800 After falling into the transfer chute, it enters the rotary kiln and is calcined at a high temperature of 1250 to become active calcined white, and then unloaded into the cooler. The air is preheated to 600°C. After cooling, the activated calcined white is discharged from the cooler and transported to the ball making workshop by the scale conveyor.

     

    Automation control

    The various operating parameters required for process operations are introduced to the computer control system, and are directed, adjusted, recorded, accumulated, alarmed and interlocked according to their importance to achieve process control, sequence control and logic control.
