    Introduction of ZK1620A Raymond mill System:

    The ZK1620A Raymond mill system consists of a host, a classifier, a blower, a pipeline system, a pulse dust collector, an electrical control system, and supporting equipment such as crushers, feeders, and elevators. It is mainly used for non-metallic mineral powder processing.

    Advantages of ZK1620A Raymond mill System:

    1. Its host of this model has undergone comprehensive shock-absorbing optimization design to reduce vibration;

    2. It has high production and low energy consumption;

    3. Large conveying capacity: The blower adopts a high-pressure centrifugal fan, which increases the air volume and pressure, greatly improving the pneumatic conveying capacity.

    4. High collection efficiency: The cyclone collector adopts a parallel dual cyclone collector, which improves the collection efficiency by 10% -15% compared to a single cyclone collector.

    5. High classification accuracy: The classifier adopts a built-in large blade cone turbine classifier, and the finished product particle size can be adjusted freely within 80-325 mesh.

    The ZK1620A Raymond mill system is mainly used for grinding the materials with a hardness below Mohs level seven and a humidity below 6%. For example: quick lime, active lime, talc, barite, calcite, limestone, manganese ore, iron ore, chromium ore, quartz stone, gypsum, bentonite, etc., with a maximum feed particle size of 30mm, adjustable finished product particle size of 80-325 mesh, and a production capacity of 5-20t/h.
