2. Project objectives

2.1The comprehensive utilization of coal gangue is 5 million tons per year, and the comprehensive utilization rate of coal solid waste has increased by 29.4%;

2.2 Build and operate a demonstration base for comprehensive utilization of coal-associated solid waste;

2.3 Production of coal-based kaolin series products to meet the development needs of chemical, paper, pharmaceutical, plastic, rubber and other fields.

3. Market positioning

The first phase of the project is mainly aimed at ceramics, papermaking, rubber, plastics, coatings, etc. Among them, paint coatings and paper coatings are the most important application fields of high-quality calcined kaolin.

The second and third phases of the project are mainly aimed at domestic and international high-end kaolin products, oriented to high-end ceramics, medicine, chemical industry and aerospace, and are in a leading position in scale.

4. Process flow:

The gangue is transported from the silo to the gangue beneficiation workshop by a belt, and a sorting and screening facility is set up in the workshop to screen out kaolin, coal gangue with high heat, and sand in the gangue. Among them, kaolin content accounts for 60%, coal gangue with high heat accounts for 30%, and sandstone and impurities account for 10%. Our screening system adopts the most advanced intelligent control system in China, and uses robots to screen according to requirements through color sorting. Among them, the kaolin is screened and transported to our raw material warehouse for kaolin production; the gangue with high heat is transported to our gangue power plant for power generation; the rest of the sand and impurities are used in the construction system.
