    Project Overview

    Hubei ** Co., Ltd. specializes in the research, development, and production of high-temperature and advanced ceramic powder materials, which are widely used in related industries. With the continuous expansion of the company's business, it plans to invest in the construction of an α-alumina calcination and fine powder project. The project covers an area of 82 acres with a total investment of 200 million RMB, to be carried out in two phases.


    Project Solution

    During the design phase, we engaged in multiple, extensive technical discussions with the client and ultimately decided to use a φ3.0×10m ceramic ball mill for fine powder preparation. 

    This ball mill model offers unique advantages over other equipment:

    Water-cooling design: An innovative water-cooled jacket-style cylinder design effectively addresses the heat generation issue during the grinding process, extending grinding time and improving yield.

    Other advantages: The cylinder is equipped with exhaust pipelines and pneumatic + mechanical safety devices at its ends, ensuring operational safety while enhancing production efficiency. 

    The fully ceramic-lined interior significantly reduces iron contamination, ensuring the purity of the alumina powder.

    These advantages enable the product quality to remain at a high industry standard, strengthening competitiveness and increasing overall profitability.
