    Project Solution

    The innovation of this project is that lepidolite and spodumene are roasted in the same conversion kiln, which improves the utilization of raw materials and better enables companies to cope with the cost inversion caused by the unstable price of lithium carbonate.

    The design scale of the production line is 20,000 tons. The main processes of the thermal process section of this section are lithium concentrate storage system, lepidolite batching system, feeding system, conversion roasting cooling system, wet ball milling system, dry grinding system, mixed acid system, and acidification cooling system. In terms of system design, taking into account the compatibility of lepidolite and spodumene, a material distribution device is installed at the outlet of the conversion kiln cooler to allow different materials to go to different processing processes.

    Recently, the Guangdong project has entered a critical period of installation. The hoisting of the main engine part supplied by our company has been successfully completed. The project installation will enter the later stages of auxiliary engine installation and equipment debugging.
