This project will introduce key equipment, including Φ10.4×3.8m preheater, Φ3.6×54m rotary kiln, and Φ4×4×8.7m cooler. Main Equipments for Lime Plant Project:
Φ10.4×3.8m Vertical Preheater:
The preheater is an important part of the lime production line. Its main task is to preheat the limestone before it enters the rotary kiln. The preheater burns coal, natural gas or other fuels to volatilize the moisture and organic matter in the raw materials, thereby reducing the fuel consumption of limestone in the rotary kiln. This helps improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and ensure the quality of the final product.
Φ3.6×54m Rotary Kiln:
The rotary kiln is the core equipment in the lime production process. It is used to heat limestone to high temperatures to decompose it into lime. The specification of the rotary kiln is Φ3.6×54 meters, ensuring sufficient processing capacity to meet the project’s production capacity needs. Efficient rotary kiln operation is critical to ensuring product quality.
Φ4×4×8.7m Cooling Machine:
The cooler is used to quickly cool the lime coming out of the rotary kiln to maintain its structural stability and quality. The performance of the cooler directly affects the terminal temperature and quality of the product. The 4 x 4 x 8.7 meter cooler size allows a large amount of lime to pass through, ensuring that the product reaches the required temperature and quality standards.
