    Main Equipment: Belt Type Quantitative Feeder, Air Swept Coal Mill, Separator, Dust Collector, Bucket Elevator, Screw Conveyor, Nitrogen Protection Devices.

    Project Background: Due to stricter environmental protection in Qinhuangdao City, all thermal boilers will be gradually transformed into pulverized coal boilers, which will bring greater demand for pulverized coal. Our customer is in the business of coal trading, thus interested in coal preparation project according to the policy.


    Project Solution

    Pulverized Coal Preparation Project Process: The coal less than 25mm will be transported to the original coal bunker by forklifts from the coal storage area. Under raw coal bunker is equipped with belt-type quantitative feeder, and then the raw coal will be feed to bucket elevator by belt-type quantitative feeder. Bucket elevator lift the pulverized coal to the upper part, and then slipped into the air swept coal mill by the feed chute. At the same time of pulverized coal grinding by air swept coal mill, the hot wind from stove is blown to the swept coal mill, and then the fine coal with hot air will be conveyed to the separator by the pipeline. The qualified fineness coal powder will be delivered to the dust collector along with hot air duct, while unqualified pulverized coal will go back to the mill and regrind. Pulverized coal collected from the dust collector will be conveyed to the bucket elevator by the screw conveyor under the dust collector, and then lift to the finished product warehouse.


    Bright spots in the production line: Belt-type quantitative feeder can achieve the uniform feeding, to ensure the mill feed volume. Air swept coal mill has a simple structure, stable performance, easy operation, stable output. The hot air in the mill ensure that the moisture of finished product. Nitrogen protection device can ensure the safety of coal in all aspects. Bag filter collect the qualified pulverized coal, meanwhile, the excess hot air will be filtered. Therefore the emission can reach the requirements.

The entire system adopt the negative pressure production, to avoid dust leakage from the interface, thus will not pollute the environment.
