2. Project Description

3. Design Principles

During the execution of the contract, the seller shall fully communicate with the buyer, understand the working conditions, ensure that the process design conforms to the process plan jointly determined by the buyer and the seller, and ensure that the process design is reasonable, applicable, smooth and stable.

The seller shall comply with the current national mandatory standards and regulations in China when carrying out the process design. The seller's opinions can be solicited where there are objections, and it shall be completed on time and on time as agreed in the contract.

4. Project Implementation
